건축법 시행령 제62조(건축자재의 품질관리 등)

① 법 제52조의4제1항에서 "복합자재[불연재료인 양면 철판, 석재, 콘크리트 또는 이와 유사한 재료와 불연재료가 아닌 심재(心材)로 구성된 것을 말한다]를 포함한 제52조에 따른 마감재료, 방화문 등 대통령령으로 정하는 건축자재"란 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 것을 말한다. <개정 2019.10.22, 2020.10.8>

② 법 제52조의4제1항에 따른 건축자재의 제조업자는 같은 항에 따른 품질관리서(이하 "품질관리서"라 한다)를 건축자재 유통업자에게 제출해야 하며, 건축자재 유통업자는 품질관리서와 건축자재의 일치 여부 등을 확인하여 품질관리서를 공사시공자에게 전달해야 한다. <신설 2019.10.22>

③ 제2항에 따라 품질관리서를 제출받은 공사시공자는 품질관리서와 건축자재의 일치 여부를 확인한 후 해당 건축물에서 사용된 건축자재 품질관리서 전체를 공사감리자에게 제출해야 한다. <개정 2019.10.22>

④ 공사감리자는 제3항에 따라 제출받은 품질관리서를 공사감리완료보고서에 첨부하여 법 제25조제6항에 따라 건축주에게 제출해야 하며, 건축주는 법 제22조에 따른 건축물의 사용승인을 신청할 때에 이를 허가권자에게 제출해야 한다. <개정 2019.10.22>
