고용보험법 시행령 제114조(기금의 지출절차)

① 기금재무관이 지출원인행위를 하였을 때에는 그 지출원인행위에 관한 서류를 기금지출관에게 보내야 한다.

② 기금지출관이 지출원인행위에 따라 기금을 지출할 때에는 한국은행으로 하여금 채권자나 법령에서 정하는 바에 따라 국고금의 지급사무를 위탁받아 처리하는 자의 금융기관 예금계좌로 이체하는 방법으로 지급하게 하여야 한다.

③ 기금재무관이 지출원인행위를 한 후 부득이한 사유로 해당 회계연도 내에 지출하지 못한 금액은 다음 연도에 이월하여 지출할 수 있다.
