Enforcement Decree of the Employment Insurance Act, Article 118 (Reports on the Settlement of Accounts of the Fund)

고용노동부장관은 매 회계연도의 기금 결산에 관한 다음 각 호의 서류를 작성하여 위원회의 심의를 거쳐 다음 회계연도 2월 말까지 재정경제부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.7.12, 2011.9.15, 2025.12.30>
