고용보험법 시행령 제74조의2(국민연금 보험료의 지원 절차 등)

① 「국민연금법」 제24조에 따른 국민연금공단(이하 "국민연금공단"이라 한다)은 같은 법 제19조의2제1항에 따라 구직급여를 받는 기간을 국민연금 가입기간으로 추가 산입한 경우에는 법 제55조의2제1항 및 「국민연금법」 제19조의2제3항 후단에 따라 기금에서 지원하는 금액(같은 항 전단에 따른 연금보험료에 같은 법 시행령 제25조의5제2항에 따른 기금의 부담비율을 곱한 금액을 말한다)을 산정하여 이를 고용노동부장관에게 통보해야 한다. <개정 2021.6.8>

② 고용노동부장관은 제1항에 따른 통보를 받으면 해당 금액을 국민연금공단에 교부하여야 한다.

(2) Upon어판 receiving^r러시^v빙 the^ð더 notification노우터^f퍼케이션 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1), the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Employment엠플로이먼트 and앤드 Labor레이버 shall섈 grant그^r랜트 the^ð더 relevant^r렐러^v번트 amount어마운트 to투 the^ð더 National내셔늘 Pension펜션 Service.서^v비스

③ 고용노동부장관은 제2항에 따라 교부한 금액이 적절하게 사용되었는지를 확인하기 위하여 국민연금공단에 필요한 자료의 제공을 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 국민연금공단은 특별한 사유가 없으면 이에 따라야 한다.
