고용보험법 제69조의4(기초일액)

① 자영업자인 피보험자이었던 수급자격자에 대한 기초일액은 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 기간 동안 본인이 납부한 보험료의 산정기초가 되는 고용산재보험료징수법 제49조의2제3항에 따라 고시된 보수액을 전부 합산한 후에 그 기간의 총일수로 나눈 금액으로 한다. <개정 2021.1.5>

② 제1항에도 불구하고 자영업자인 피보험자이었던 수급자격자가 제50조제4항에 따라 피보험기간을 합산하게 됨에 따라 제69조의6에서 정한 소정급여일수가 추가로 늘어나는 경우에는 그 늘어난 일수분에 대한 기초일액은 제1항에 따라 산정된 기초일액으로 하되, 그 기초일액이 다음 각 호에 해당하는 경우에는 각각 해당 호에 따른 금액으로 한다.
