고용보험법 제69조의6(소정급여일수)

자영업자인 피보험자로서 폐업한 수급자격자에 대한 소정급여일수는 제49조에 따른 대기기간이 끝난 다음 날부터 계산하기 시작하여 피보험기간에 따라 별표 2에서 정한 일수가 되는 날까지로 한다.
