공익신고자 보호법 시행령 제23조(보상금의 지급결정)

① 위원회는 「부패방지 및 국민권익위원회의 설치와 운영에 관한 법률」 제69조에 따른 보상심의위원회(이하 "보상심의위원회"라 한다)가 심의ㆍ의결한 사항을 기초로 보상금 지급 여부 및 지급금액을 결정하고, 보상금 지급결정이 있는 경우에는 결정서 정본(正本) 및 결정통지서를 신청인에게 지체 없이 보내야 한다.

② 위원회는 법 제26조의2 단서에 따라 보상금의 일부를 우선적으로 지급하기로 결정하는 경우 공공기관에 직접적인 수입의 회복 또는 증대를 가져온 금액이나 그 가능성 등을 고려하여 제22조제1항에 따라 산정된 보상금 지급금액의 100분의 50 범위에서 보상금을 우선적으로 지급하도록 결정할 수 있다. <개정 2024.7.30, 2026.9.29>
