공인중개사법 시행령 제16조(중개사무소의 공동사용)

1. 법 제39조에 따른 업무의 정지기간 중에 있는 개업공인중개사가 다른 개업공인중개사에게 중개사무소의 공동사용을 위하여 제1항에 따른 승낙서를 주는 방법. 다만, 법 제39조에 따른 업무의 정지기간 중에 있는 개업공인중개사가 영업정지 처분을 받기 전부터 중개사무소를 공동사용 중인 다른 개업공인중개사는 제외한다.
