공직선거법 제218조의6(공관부재자신고인명부 등 작성)

① 재외투표관리관이 국외부재자신고서 또는 재외선거인 등록신청서(변경등록신청서를 포함한다. 이하 이 장에서 같다)를 접수하면 기재사항의 적정 여부, 정당한 신고ㆍ신청 여부를 확인한 다음 제218조의4제1항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람을 대상으로는 공관부재자신고인명부를, 제218조의5제1항 및 제3항에 해당하는 사람을 대상으로는 재외선거인 등록신청자명부를 각각 작성(전산정보자료를 포함한다. 이하 이 장에서 같다)하여야 한다. <개정 2015.12.24>

② 재외투표관리관은 제1항에 따른 확인을 위하여 필요한 경우에는 「주민등록법」 제30조에 따른 주민등록전산정보자료또는 「가족관계의 등록 등에 관한 법률」 제11조에 따른 등록전산정보자료, 그 밖에 국가가 관리하는 전산정보자료를 이용할 수 있다.

③ 재외투표관리관이 공관부재자신고인명부와 재외선거인 등록신청자명부를 작성하는 때에는 신고서 또는 신청서의 내용에 따라 정확하게 작성하여야 한다.
