공직선거법 제224조(선거무효의 판결 등)

소청이나 소장을 접수한 선거관리위원회 또는 대법원이나 고등법원은 선거쟁송에 있어 선거에 관한 규정에 위반된 사실이 있는 때라도 선거의 결과에 영향을 미쳤다고 인정하는 때에 한하여 선거의 전부나 일부의 무효 또는 당선의 무효를 결정하거나 판결한다.
