관광진흥법 제17조(관광숙박업 등의 등록심의위원회)

①제4조제1항에 따른 관광숙박업 및 대통령령으로 정하는 관광객 이용시설업이나 국제회의업의 등록(등록 사항의 변경을 포함한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)에 관한 사항을 심의하기 위하여 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장(권한이 위임된 경우에는 그 위임을 받은 기관을 말한다. 이하 이 조 및 제18조에서 같다) 소속으로 관광숙박업 및 관광객 이용시설업 등록심의위원회(이하 "위원회"라 한다)를 둔다. <개정 2008.6.5, 2009.3.25, 2018.6.12>

②위원회는 위원장과 부위원장 각 1명을 포함한 위원 10명 이내로 구성하되, 위원장은 특별자치시ㆍ특별자치도ㆍ시ㆍ군ㆍ구(자치구만 해당한다. 이하 같다)의 부지사ㆍ부시장ㆍ부군수ㆍ부구청장이 되고, 부위원장은 위원 중에서 위원장이 지정하는 사람이 되며, 위원은 제18조제1항 각 호에 따른 신고 또는 인ㆍ허가 등의 소관 기관의 직원이 된다. <개정 2008.6.5, 2018.6.12, 2023.8.8>

(2) The^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 consist컨시스트 of어^v브 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 ten텐 members,멤버즈 including인클루딩 one원 chairperson체어퍼슨 and앤드 one원 vice^v바이스 chairperson.체어퍼슨 The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 vice^v바이스 governor,거^v버너 deputy데퓨티 mayor,메이어 deputy데퓨티 head헤드 of어^v브 the^ð더 Gun,건 or오 deputy데퓨티 head헤드 of어^v브 the^ð더 Gu구 of어^v브 the^ð더 Special스페실 Self-Governing셀^f프-거^v버닝 City,시티 Special스페실 Self-Governing셀^f프-거^v버닝 Province,프^r라^v븐스 Si,시 Gun,건 or오 Gu구 (limited리머티드 to투 autonomous오타너머스 Gu;구 the^ð더 same세임 applies어플라이즈 hereinafter);히^r리내^f프터 the^ð더 vice^v바이스 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 be비 a어 person퍼슨 designated데지그네이티드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 members;멤버즈 and앤드 the^ð더 members멤버즈 shall섈 be비 officials어^f피실즈 of어^v브 the^ð디 agencies에이전시즈 responsible^r리스판서블 for^f포 the^ð더 reports,^r리포츠 authorizations,오^θ써^r러제이션즈 permits,퍼밋츠 and앤드 the^ð더 like라이크 under언더 the^ð더 subparagraphs서브패^r러그^r래^f프스 of어^v브 Article아터클 18 (1).

③위원회는 다음 각 호의 사항을 심의한다. <개정 2007.7.19, 2015.12.22>

(3) The^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 deliberate딜리버^r럿 on안 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 matters:매터즈

④특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제1항에 따른 관광숙박업, 관광객 이용시설업, 국제회의업의 등록을 하려면 미리 위원회의 심의를 거쳐야 한다. 다만, 대통령령으로 정하는 경미한 사항의 변경에 관하여는 위원회의 심의를 거치지 아니할 수 있다. <개정 2008.6.5, 2018.6.12>

(4) The^ð더 Mayor메이어 of어^v브 a어 Special스페실 Self-Governing셀^f프-거^v버닝 City,시티 the^ð더 Governor거^v버너 of어^v브 a어 Special스페실 Self-Governing셀^f프-거^v버닝 Province,프^r라^v븐스 or오 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 a어 Si/Gun/Gu시 shall섈 have해^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 deliberate딜리버^r럿 in인 advance어드^v밴스 before비^f포 registering^r레지스터^r링 a어 tourist투^r리스트 accommodation어카머데이션 business,비즈니스 tourist투^r리스트 facility^f퍼실리티 business,비즈니스 or오 international인터내셔늘 convention컨^v벤션 business비즈니스 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1). ⑤ 위원회의 회의는 재적위원 3분의 2 이상의 출석과 출석위원 3분의 2 이상의 찬성으로 의결한다. <신설 2018.12.11>

⑥위원회의 구성ㆍ운영이나 그 밖에 위원회에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다. <개정 2018.12.11>
