관광진흥법 제18조(등록 시의 신고ㆍ허가 의제 등)

Tourism Promotion Act, Article 18 (Deemed Reports and Permits upon Registration)

①특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장이 위원회의 심의를 거쳐 등록을 하면 그 관광사업자는 위원회의 심의를 거친 사항에 대해서는 다음 각 호의 신고를 하였거나 인ㆍ허가 등을 받은 것으로 본다. <개정 2008.6.5, 2009.2.6, 2011.6.15, 2017.1.17, 2018.6.12, 2020.12.29, 2023.5.16, 2023.7.25>
