관광진흥법 제74조(다른 법률에 대한 특례)

①관광특구 안에서는 「식품위생법」 제43조에 따른 영업제한에 관한 규정을 적용하지 아니한다. <개정 2009.2.6, 2011.4.5>

② 관광특구 안에서 대통령령으로 정하는 관광사업자는 「건축법」 제43조에도 불구하고 연간 180일 이내의 기간 동안 해당 지방자치단체의 조례로 정하는 바에 따라 공개 공지(空地: 공터)를 사용하여 외국인 관광객을 위한 공연 및 음식을 제공할 수 있다. 다만, 울타리를 설치하는 등 공중(公衆)이 해당 공개 공지를 사용하는 데에 지장을 주는 행위를 하여서는 아니 된다. <신설 2011.4.5, 2017.3.21>

③ 관광특구 관할 지방자치단체의 장은 관광특구의 진흥을 위하여 필요한 경우에는 시ㆍ도경찰청장 또는 경찰서장에게 「도로교통법」 제2조에 따른 차마(車馬) 또는 노면전차의 도로통행 금지 또는 제한 등의 조치를 하여줄 것을 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 요청받은 시ㆍ도경찰청장 또는 경찰서장은 「도로교통법」 제6조에도 불구하고 특별한 사유가 없으면 지체 없이 필요한 조치를 하여야 한다. <신설 2011.4.5, 2018.3.27, 2020.12.22>
