관광진흥법 제84조(벌칙)

1. 제5조제3항에 따른 테마파크업의 변경허가를 받지 아니하거나 변경신고를 하지 아니하고 영업을 한 자

2. 제5조제4항 전단에 따른 테마파크업의 신고를 하지 아니하고 영업을 한 자

2의2. 제13조제4항을 위반하여 자격증을 빌려주거나 빌린 자 또는 이를 알선한 자

2의3. 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 제25조제3항 또는 제33조제1항에 따른 검사를 수행한 자

3의2. 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 제33조제1항에 따른 검사를 받은 자

4. 제34조제2항을 위반하여 테마파크시설 또는 테마파크시설의 부분품(部分品)을 설치하거나 사용한 자

4의2. 제35조제1항제14호에 해당되어 관할 등록기관등의 장이 내린 명령을 위반한 자

5. 제35조제1항제20호에 해당되어 관할 등록기관등의 장이 내린 개선명령을 위반한 자

5의2. 제38조제8항을 위반하여 자격증을 빌려주거나 빌린 자 또는 이를 알선한 자

5의3. 제52조의2제1항에 따른 허가 또는 변경허가를 받지 아니하고 같은 항에 규정된 행위를 한 자

5의4. 제52조의2제1항에 따른 허가 또는 변경허가를 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 받은 자

6. 제55조제3항을 위반하여 조성사업을 한 자
