국가공무원법 제81조(징계위원회의 설치)

① 공무원의 징계처분등을 의결하게 하기 위하여 대통령령등으로 정하는 기관에 징계위원회를 둔다. <개정 2010.3.22, 2015.5.18>

② 징계위원회의 종류ㆍ구성ㆍ권한ㆍ심의절차 및 징계 대상자의 진술권에 필요한 사항은 대통령령등으로 정한다. <개정 2015.5.18>
