국가보안법 제23조(보상)

이 법의 죄를 범한 자를 신고 또는 체포하거나 이에 관련하여 상이를 입은 자와 사망한 자의 유족은 대통령령이 정하는 바에 따라 「국가유공자 등 예우 및 지원에 관한 법률」에 따른 공상군경 또는 순직군경의 유족이나 「보훈보상대상자 지원에 관한 법률」에 따른 재해부상군경 또는 재해사망군경의 유족으로 보아 보상할 수 있다. <개정 1997.1.13, 2011.9.15>
