국가보안법 제24조(국가보안유공자 심사위원회)

①이 법에 의한 상금과 보로금의 지급 및 제23조에 의한 보상대상자를 심의ㆍ결정하기 위하여 법무부장관소속하에 국가보안유공자 심사위원회(이하 "委員會"라 한다)를 둔다. <개정 1991.5.31>

②위원회는 심의상 필요한 때에는 관계자의 출석을 요구하거나 조사할 수 있으며, 국가기관 기타 공ㆍ사단체에 조회하여 필요한 사항의 보고를 요구할 수 있다.

③위원회의 조직과 운영에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
