National Human Rights Commission of Korea Act, Article 3 (Establishment and Independence of the National Human Rights Commission of Korea)

① 이 법에서 정하는 인권의 보호와 향상을 위한 업무를 수행하기 위하여 국가인권위원회(이하 "위원회"라 한다)를 둔다.
