국민건강보험법 시행령 제27조(현역병 등에 대한 요양급여비용 등의 지급)

① 법 제60조제1항 전단에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 치료 등"이란 법 제41조제1항제1호부터 제3호까지 및 제5호에 따른 요양급여를 말한다.

② 법 제60조제1항 후단에 따라 법무부장관ㆍ국방부장관ㆍ경찰청장ㆍ소방청장 또는 해양경찰청장(이하 이 조에서 "기관장"이라 한다)은 해당 기관에서 연간 들어갈 것으로 예상되는 요양급여비용과 법 제49조에 따른 요양비(이하 "요양비"라 한다)를 공단이 지정한 계좌에 예탁해야 한다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26, 2019.6.11>

(2) Pursuant퍼수언트 to투 the^ð더 latter래터 part파트 of어^v브 Article아터클 60 (1) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act,액트 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Justice,저스티스 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 National내셔늘 Defense,디^f펜스 the^ð더 Commissioner커미셔너 General제너^r럴 of어^v브 the^ð더 Korean코^r리언 National내셔늘 Police펄리스 Agency,에이전시 the^ð더 Commissioner커미셔너 of어^v브 the^ð더 National내셔늘 Fire^f파이어 Agency,에이전시 or오 the^ð더 Commissioner커미셔너 General제너^r럴 of어^v브 the^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Coast코우스트 Guard가드 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "head헤드 of어^v브 the^ð디 agency"에이전시 in인 this^ð디스 Article)아터클 shall섈 deposit더파짓 into인투 an앤 account어카운트 designated데지그네이티드 by바이 the^ð더 Service서^v비스 the^ð더 medical메더클 care케어 benefit베너^f핏 costs카스츠 and앤드 the^ð더 medical메더클 care케어 expenses익스펜시즈 under언더 Article아터클 49 of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 "medical메더클 care케어 expenses")익스펜시즈 expected익스펙티드 to투 be비 incurred인커드 by바이 the^ð디 agency에이전시 in인 a어 year.이어

③ 공단은 예탁금 집행 현황을 분기별로 보건복지부장관 및 해당 기관장에게 통보하여야 한다.

(3) The^ð더 Service서^v비스 shall섈 notify노우터^f파이 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Health헬^θ스 and앤드 Welfare웰^f페어 and앤드 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 the^ð디 agency에이전시 concerned컨선드 of어^v브 the^ð더 status스태터스 of어^v브 the^ð더 use유스 of어^v브 the^ð더 deposited더파지티드 funds^f펀즈 every에^v버^r리 quarter.쿼터

④ 공단은 제2항에 따라 기관장이 예탁한 요양급여비용과 요양비가 공단이 부담해야 할 요양급여비용과 요양비에 미치지 못할 때에는 기관장에게 이를 즉시 청구하고, 기관장은 공단의 청구에 따라 요양급여비용과 요양비를 공단에 지급해야 한다. <개정 2019.6.11>

⑤ 공단은 제2항에 따라 기관장이 예탁한 요양급여비용과 요양비에서 발생한 이자를 공단이 부담해야 할 요양급여비용에 사용할 수 있다. <개정 2019.6.11>
