국민건강보험법 시행령 제58조(이의신청 결정기간)

① 공단과 심사평가원은 이의신청을 받은 날부터 60일 이내에 결정을 하여야 한다. 다만, 부득이한 사정이 있는 경우에는 30일의 범위에서 그 기간을 연장할 수 있다.

② 공단과 심사평가원은 제1항 단서에 따라 결정기간을 연장하려면 결정기간이 끝나기 7일 전까지 이의신청을 한 자에게 그 사실을 알려야 한다.
