Enforcement Decree of the National Health Insurance Act, Article 75-2 (Payment, etc. of Incentives)

① 공단은 법 제104조제2항에 따라 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 방법으로 건강보험 재정 지출을 절감하는 데에 이바지한 요양기관에 장려금을 지급한다. <개정 2014.8.29, 2021.12.7>

(1) Under언더 Article아터클 104 (2) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act,액트 the^ð더 Service서^v비스 shall섈 pay페이 incentives인센티^v브즈 to투 medical메더클 care케어 institutions인스티투션즈 that^ð댓 have해^v브 contributed컨트^r리뷰티드 to투 reducing^r러두싱 health헬^θ스 insurance인슈^r런스 expenditures익스펜더처즈 by바이 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 methods:메^θ써즈

1. 성분 또는 효능이 같아 대체사용이 가능한 약제 중 요양급여비용이 보다 저렴한 약제를 처방하거나 조제하였을 것

② 장려금은 제1항에 따른 처방 또는 조제로 인하여 건강보험 재정 지출에서 절감된 금액의 100분의 70을 넘지 아니하는 금액으로 한다.

③ 제1항제1호 및 제2호에 따라 장려금을 지급받으려는 요양기관은 법 제47조제2항에 따라 심사평가원에 요양급여비용의 심사청구를 할 때 함께 장려금 지급을 청구하여야 한다. <신설 2014.8.29>

④ 제1항제3호에 따라 지급하는 장려금은 심사평가원이 그 금액을 산출하여 보건복지부장관의 승인을 받아 공단에 통보한다. <신설 2014.8.29>
