공단은 징수하여야 할 금액이나 반환하여야 할 금액이 1건당 2천원 미만인 경우(제47조제5항, 제57조제5항 후단 및 제101조제4항 후단에 따라 각각 상계 처리할 수 있는 본인일부부담금 환급금 및 가입자나 피부양자에게 지급하여야 하는 금액은 제외한다)에는 징수 또는 반환하지 아니한다. <개정 2013.5.22, 2016.2.3, 2022.12.27>
