국민건강보험법 제9조의2(자격 취득ㆍ변동 사항의 고지)

공단은 제96조제1항에 따라 제공받은 자료를 통하여 가입자 자격의 취득 또는 변동 여부를 확인하는 경우에는 자격 취득 또는 변동 후 최초로 제79조에 따른 납부의무자에게 보험료 납입 고지를 할 때 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 자격 취득 또는 변동에 관한 사항을 알려야 한다.
