국민건강증진법 시행령 제18조의3(시험의 응시자격 및 시험관리)

① 법 제12조의3제4항에 따른 시험의 응시자격은 별표 4와 같다.

② 시험에 응시하려는 자는 시험관리기관의 장이 정하는 응시원서를 시험관리기관의 장에게 제출(전자문서에 따른 제출을 포함한다)하여야 한다.

③ 시험관리기관의 장은 시험을 실시한 경우 합격자를 결정ㆍ발표하고, 그 합격자에 대한 다음 각 호의 사항을 보건복지부장관에게 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2010.3.15>
