Enforcement Decree of the National Basic Living Security Act, Article 16 (Education Benefits)

① 법 제12조에 따른 교육급여는 다음 각 호의 학교 또는 시설에 입학하거나 재학하는 사람에게 입학금, 수업료(제6호의 경우에는 학습비를 말한다) 및 학용품비와 그 밖의 수급품(이하 "학비"라 한다)을 지급하는 것으로 한다. <개정 2015.4.20>

② 제1항에 따른 수급자가 「초ㆍ중등교육법 시행령」 등 다른 법령에 따라 의무교육을 받거나 학비를 감면 또는 지원받는 경우에는 이에 해당하는 학비는 지원하지 아니한다. 다만, 교육부장관이 정하는 장학상( [표·그림: 원문 참고] 奬學上</img>) 필요한 사람에게는 다른 법령에 따라 학비를 감면 또는 지원받는 경우에도 학비를 전액 지원할 수 있다. <개정 2015.4.20>
