국민기초생활 보장법 제12조의2(교육급여의 적용특례)

교육급여 수급권자를 선정하는 경우에는 제12조제1항의 교육급여와 「초ㆍ중등교육법」 제60조의5에 따른 교육비 지원과의 연계ㆍ통합을 위하여 제3조제2항 및 제12조제3항에도 불구하고 소득인정액이 교육급여 선정기준 이하인 사람을 수급권자로 본다. <개정 2025.3.18>
