국민연금법 시행령 제25조(자녀의 인정 범위 등)

① 법 제19조에 따라 가입기간이 추가 산입되는 자녀는 다음 각 호에 정하는 자(가입기간에 추가 산입하는 때에 이미 사망한 자를 포함한다)로 한다. <개정 2012.8.3, 2025.5.7>

② 제1항에 따른 자녀의 부 또는 모(양부모의 경우를 포함한다. 이하 이 항에서 같다)가 노령연금 수급권을 취득한 때에 자녀가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하면 해당 부 또는 모의 가입기간을 추가 산입할 수 없다.

③ 법 제19조에 따라 가입자 또는 가입자였던 자가 가입기간에 추가 산입한 자녀에 대하여는 다른 사람이 가입기간에 추가 산입을 할 수 없다.
