Enforcement Decree of the National Pension Act, Article 42-2 (Exceptions to Collection of Late Payment Charges upon Recovery of Benefits)
법 제57조제3항 단서에 따라 공단이 연체금을 징수하지 아니할 수 있는 경우는 다음 각 호와 같다.
The cases in which the Service may decide not to collect late payment charges under the proviso of Article 57 (3) of the Act are as follows:
1. 전쟁이나 사변으로 인하여 체납한 경우
1. Where the delinquency is due to war or an incident of national emergency;
2. 화재 등 재해 발생으로 인하여 체납한 경우
2. Where the delinquency is due to a disaster such as a fire.
