국민연금법 시행령 제67조(압류 재산의 인도)

① 건강보험공단은 제66조제1항에 따라 매각 대행을 의뢰할 때에는 건강보험공단이 점유하고 있거나 제3자에게 보관하도록 한 재산을 한국자산관리공사에 넘겨줄 수 있다. 다만, 제3자에게 보관하도록 한 재산의 인도는 그 제3자가 발행하는 재산의 보관증을 인도함으로써 갈음할 수 있다. <개정 2010.8.17>
