Enforcement Decree of the National Pension Act, Article 77-2 (Dismissal of Members of the Management Committee)

보건복지부장관은 법 제103조제2항 각 호에 따른 위원이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 해당 위원을 해촉할 수 있다.
