국민연금법 제123조의2(가족관계등록 전산정보의 공동이용)

① 공단은 가입자의 자격 관리, 연금보험료의 부과, 급여의 결정 및 지급 등 국민연금사업을 수행하기 위하여 「전자정부법」에 따라 「가족관계의 등록 등에 관한 법률」 제9조제1항에 따른 전산정보자료를 공동이용(「개인정보 보호법」 제2조제2호에 따른 처리를 포함한다)할 수 있다.
