국민연금법 제22조(신고인에 대한 통지 등)

① 국민연금공단은 제21조에 따른 신고를 받으면 그 내용을 확인하고, 신고 내용이 사실과 다르다고 인정되면 그 뜻을 신고인에게 통지하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 통지에 관하여는 제23조제4항을 준용한다. <개정 2015.1.28>
