국민투표법 제82조(국민투표의 연기)

① 천재지변이나 그 밖의 부득이한 사유로 국민투표를 실시할 수 없거나 실시하지 못한 때에는 대통령이 국민투표를 연기하거나 국민투표일을 다시 정하여야 한다. 이 경우 제15조에 따른 기간의 제한을 받지 아니한다.

② 제1항에 따라 국민투표를 연기한 때에는 처음부터 국민투표절차를 다시 진행하여야 하고, 국민투표일만을 다시 정한 때에는 이미 진행된 국민투표절차에 이어 계속하여야 한다.
