국민투표법 제86조(국민투표법 위반행위에 대한 중지ㆍ경고 등)

각급 선거관리위원회(읍ㆍ면ㆍ동선거관리위원회를 제외한다)의 위원ㆍ직원은 직무를 수행하는 중에 이 법에 위반되는 행위를 발견한 때에는 중지ㆍ경고 또는 시정명령을 하여야 하며, 그 위반행위가 국민투표의 공정을 뚜렷하게 해치는 것으로 인정되거나 중지ㆍ경고 또는 시정명령을 이행하지 아니하는 때에는 관할 수사기관에 수사의뢰 또는 고발을 하여야 한다.
