국토의 계획 및 이용에 관한 법률 시행령 제113조의3(회의록의 공개)

① 법 제113조의2 본문에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 기간"이란 중앙도시계획위원회의 경우에는 심의 종결 후 6개월, 지방도시계획위원회의 경우에는 6개월 이하의 범위에서 해당 지방자치단체의 도시ㆍ군계획조례로 정하는 기간을 말한다. <개정 2012.4.10>
