Enforcement Decree of the National Land Planning and Utilization Act, Article 99 (Public Inspection of Documents)

①법 제90조제1항에 따른 공고는 국토교통부장관이 하는 경우에는 관보나 전국을 보급지역으로 하는 일간신문에, 시ㆍ도지사 또는 대도시 시장이 하는 경우에는 해당 시ㆍ도 또는 대도시의 공보나 해당 시ㆍ도 또는 대도시를 주된 보급지역으로 하는 일간신문에 다음 각 호의 사항을 게재하는 방법에 따른다. 이 경우 국토교통부장관, 시ㆍ도지사 또는 대도시 시장은 공고한 내용을 해당 기관의 인터넷 홈페이지에도 게재해야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2009.8.5, 2013.3.23, 2020.11.24>
