기반시설설치비용을 면탈ㆍ경감할 목적 또는 면탈ㆍ경감하게 할 목적으로 거짓 계약을 체결하거나 거짓 자료를 제출한 자는 3년 이하의 징역 또는 면탈ㆍ경감하였거나 면탈ㆍ경감하고자 한 기반시설설치비용의 3배 이하에 상당하는 벌금에 처한다.
