근로기준법 시행령 제47조(장해등급 결정)

①법 제80조제3항에 따라 장해보상을 하여야 하는 신체장해 등급의 결정 기준은 별표 6과 같다. <개정 2008.6.25>

②별표 6에 따른 신체장해가 둘 이상 있는 경우에는 정도가 심한 신체장해에 해당하는 등급에 따른다. 다만, 다음 각 호의 경우에는 해당 호에서 정하여 조정한 등급에 따른다. 이 경우 그 조정된 등급이 제1급을 초과하는 때에는 제1급으로 한다.

③별표 6에 해당하지 아니하는 신체장해가 있는 경우에는 그 장해 정도에 따라 별표 6에 따른 신체장해에 준하여 장해보상을 하여야 한다.
