근로기준법 시행령 제54조(기숙사규칙안의 게시 등)

사용자는 법 제99조제2항에 따라 근로자의 과반수를 대표하는 자의 동의를 받으려는 경우 기숙사에 기숙하는 근로자의 과반수가 18세 미만인 때에는 기숙사규칙안을 7일 이상 기숙사의 보기 쉬운 장소에 게시하거나 갖추어 두어 알린 후에 동의를 받아야 한다.
