근로복지기본법 시행령 제54조(잔여재산의 귀속)

법 제71조제2항 단서에 따라 기금법인의 잔여재산이 법 제87조에 따른 근로복지진흥기금(이하 "진흥기금"이라 한다)에 귀속하는 경우 그 기금법인의 청산인은 청산 종결 후 3주 이내에 고용노동부장관에게 잔여재산의 목록을 제출하고, 지체 없이 그 잔여재산을 인도하여야 한다.
