근로복지기본법 시행령 제62조(진흥기금 운용의 감독)

① 공단은 매 분기가 끝난 후 30일 이내에 진흥기금운용계획의 집행 및 여유자금의 운용 현황에 관한 사항을 고용노동부장관에게 보고하여야 한다.

② 고용노동부장관은 진흥기금 운용의 효율성 및 공공성을 높이기 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에 진흥기금 운용에 관한 지침을 정하여 공단으로 하여금 따르도록 할 수 있다.
