Enforcement Decree of the Employee Retirement Benefit Security Act, Article 28 (Requirements for Retirement Pension Plan Solicitors)

① 법 제31조제1항제2호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 요건"이란 다음 각 호의 요건을 말한다. <개정 2024.5.28>

③ 퇴직연금사업자는 법 제31조제2항에 따라 등록한 퇴직연금제도 모집인(이하 "퇴직연금제도 모집인"이라 한다)이 등록한 날부터 기산하여 매 2년이 되는 날부터 6개월 이내에 별표 2에 따른 보수교육을 받도록 하여야 한다.
