Enforcement Decree of the Welfare of Older Persons Act, Article 23 (Collection of Costs)

법 제46조제1항에 따라 복지실시기관이 복지조치에 소요된 비용을 수납 또는 청구하는 경우에는 해당 노인 또는 그 부양의무자로부터 실비에 해당하는 금액을 수납하거나 청구한다. 다만, 해당 노인이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 그 비용을 수납 또는 청구하지 아니할 수 있다.
