Act on Registration of Credit Business and Protection of Finance Users, Article 16-2 (Disclosure of Administrative Dispositions)

① 시ㆍ도지사등은 금융이용자 보호를 위하여 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자에 대한 행정처분 또는 시정명령 사실을 공개하여야 한다. <개정 2015.7.24>

1. 최근 5년 이내에 제13조에 따른 영업정지 또는 등록취소 처분을 받은 자
