Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Improvement of Urban Areas and Residential Environments, Article 25 (Consent of Owners of Land, etc. for Forming Promotion Committees)

① 법 제31조제1항에 따라 토지등소유자의 동의를 받으려는 자는 국토교통부령으로 정하는 동의서에 추진위원회의 위원장(이하 "추진위원장"이라 한다), 추진위원회 위원, 법 제32조제1항에 따른 추진위원회의 업무 및 법 제34조제1항에 따른 운영규정을 미리 쓴 후 토지등소유자의 동의를 받아야 한다.
