도시 및 주거환경정비법 시행령 제7조(정비계획의 입안대상지역)

① 특별시장ㆍ광역시장ㆍ특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수 또는 자치구의 구청장은 법 제8조제4항 및 제5항에 따라 별표 1의 요건에 해당하는 지역에 대하여 법 제8조제1항 및 제5항에 따른 정비계획(이하 "정비계획"이라 한다)을 입안할 수 있다.

② 특별시장ㆍ광역시장ㆍ특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수 또는 자치구의 구청장은 제1항에 따라 정비계획을 입안하는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 조사하여 별표 1의 요건에 적합한지 여부를 확인하여야 하며, 정비계획의 입안 내용을 변경하려는 경우에는 변경내용에 해당하는 사항을 조사ㆍ확인하여야 한다.

③ 특별시장ㆍ광역시장ㆍ특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수 또는 자치구의 구청장은 사업시행자(사업시행자가 둘 이상인 경우에는 그 대표자를 말한다. 이하 같다)에게 제2항에 따른 조사를 하게 할 수 있다.
