도시 및 주거환경정비법 시행령 제74조(준공인가)

① 시장ㆍ군수등이 아닌 사업시행자는 법 제83조제1항에 따라 준공인가를 받으려는 때에는 국토교통부령으로 정하는 준공인가신청서를 시장ㆍ군수등에게 제출하여야 한다. 다만, 사업시행자(공동시행자인 경우를 포함한다)가 토지주택공사인 경우로서 「한국토지주택공사법」 제19조제3항 및 같은 법 시행령 제41조제2항에 따라 준공인가 처리결과를 시장ㆍ군수등에게 통보한 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

② 시장ㆍ군수등은 법 제83조제3항에 따라 준공인가를 한 때에는 국토교통부령으로 정하는 준공인가증에 다음 각 호의 사항을 기재하여 사업시행자에게 교부하여야 한다.

③ 사업시행자는 제1항 단서에 따라 자체적으로 처리한 준공인가결과를 시장ㆍ군수등에게 통보한 때 또는 제2항에 따른 준공인가증을 교부받은 때에는 그 사실을 분양대상자에게 지체없이 통지하여야 한다.

④ 시장ㆍ군수등은 법 제83조제3항 및 제4항에 따른 공사완료의 고시를 하는 때에는 제2항 각 호의 사항을 포함하여야 한다.
