도시 및 주거환경정비법 제93조(비용의 조달)

① 사업시행자는 토지등소유자로부터 제92조제1항에 따른 비용과 정비사업의 시행과정에서 발생한 수입의 차액을 부과금으로 부과ㆍ징수할 수 있다.

② 사업시행자는 토지등소유자가 제1항에 따른 부과금의 납부를 게을리한 때에는 연체료를 부과ㆍ징수할 수 있다. <개정 2020.6.9>

③ 제1항 및 제2항에 따른 부과금 및 연체료의 부과ㆍ징수에 필요한 사항은 정관등으로 정한다.

④ 시장ㆍ군수등이 아닌 사업시행자는 부과금 또는 연체료를 체납하는 자가 있는 때에는 시장ㆍ군수등에게 그 부과ㆍ징수를 위탁할 수 있다.

⑤ 시장ㆍ군수등은 제4항에 따라 부과ㆍ징수를 위탁받은 경우에는 지방세 체납처분의 예에 따라 부과ㆍ징수할 수 있다. 이 경우 사업시행자는 징수한 금액의 100분의 4에 해당하는 금액을 해당 시장ㆍ군수등에게 교부하여야 한다.
