Enforcement Decree of the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act, Article 25 (Entrustment of Delinquency Disposition)

① 공정거래위원회는 법 제16조제3항에 따라 이행강제금의 체납처분에 관한 업무를 국세청장에게 위탁하는 경우 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부한 서면으로 해야 한다.
