Enforcement Decree of the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act, Article 75 (Investigations by Public Officials Belonging to the Commission)

① 공정거래위원회 소속 공무원이 법 제81조제3항에 따라 진술을 들으려는 경우에는 사업자 또는 사업자단체의 사무소ㆍ사업장에서 들어야 한다.
